Marketing Specialist

About the role

Howel and Co is seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist to act as the company’s marketing generalist. Working closely with the CEO and cross‑functional teams, you will help shape brand positioning, understand customer behaviour, and drive data‑informed decisions across all marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Howel’s brand, products, customers and business model.
• Participate in content planning, campaign brainstorming and contribute ideas to improve branding and customer experience.
• Conduct regular competitor research, market analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Review performance of Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, TikTok Shop, affiliate and marketplace campaigns, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Read customer chats, reviews and feedback to extract insights and translate them into marketing improvements.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Merchandise, Content, KOL, Marketplace and other teams to execute initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly curious, detail‑oriented and analytical.
• Strong judgment, sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Passionate about branding, visual aesthetics and customer experience.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of branding, digital and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of marketplace, affiliate and content marketing.
• Ability to analyse campaign metrics and work with advertising specialists.
