About the role
The Marketing Representative will achieve business targets in the Pekanbaru area, recruit new partners, and strengthen the dealer network.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit new SOB partners to expand business opportunities.
- Visit dealers regularly to generate new opportunities and support deal closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, clients, and partners.
- Monitor prospects to ensure target achievement and business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Branch Head.
- Handle administrative processes and documentation for marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Target‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel for dealer visits and business development.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
