Marketing Campaign & Event Associate

About the role

The Marketing Campaign & Event Associate will design, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns and events that drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth for Corporate IT&IS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create integrated online and offline campaign strategies based on market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Execute end‑to‑end campaigns across multiple channels, monitor performance and optimise results.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver online and offline events and brand activation programmes, managing vendors, venues and logistics.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, CRM, Engineering, Merchant and Business teams as well as external agencies.
• Track and analyse campaign and event performance using marketing analytics tools, preparing reports and actionable recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, copywriting, reporting and workflow optimisation.
