Marketing and Communication Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communication Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns, product launches, retail activations, events, partnerships and loyalty programs.
• Oversee digital channels, content strategy, social media, community engagement and performance marketing.
• Manage corporate communication, public relations, co‑branding initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor marketing performance using market insights, analytics and ROI metrics to optimise results.
• Control marketing budgets, governance, policies and compliance while driving process improvement.
• Coach, develop and manage the marketing team to ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding or corporate communication.
• 2–3 years of managerial or team‑lead experience.
• Proven success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Experience managing budgets and external partners such as agencies, media and vendors.
