Manager - Deals Strategy & Operations

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Strategy and Operations practice as a Manager, leading a team that delivers strategic capacity for transaction services. You will work closely with clients and internal business units to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute deal strategy, due diligence, market entry and option analysis.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is heard.
• Navigate ambiguous, unstructured problems and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose solutions proactively.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00.
• At least 6 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or related advisory services.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Industry knowledge in consumer, financial services, energy or technology is a plus.
