Manager, Deals Advisory – Corporate Valuation

About the role

As a Manager in the Deals Advisory – Corporate Valuation Advisory team at PwC Jakarta, you will support clients in realising value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions. You will work with leading organisations to provide independent valuation opinions and transaction‑model advice that drive informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models, forecasts and valuation analyses for a range of M&A and capital‑raising transactions.
• Research and assess financial risks, market trends and comparable transactions to support valuation conclusions.
• Prepare clear, data‑driven valuation reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Deal Advisory teams to integrate valuation insights into broader transaction strategies.
• Coach junior staff, ensure quality of deliverables and uphold PwC’s ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, venture capital or in‑house M&A.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, accounting, finance or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm or an equivalent professional services environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings effectively.
