Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our finance team in Central Jakarta. The role involves handling complex financial calculations, leading the reconciliation team, and supporting high‑volume transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex financial calculations such as management fees and incentive payments.
• Lead the reconciliation team: allocate workloads, review outputs, provide guidance and ensure compliance with controls and deadlines.
• Support end‑to‑end processing of high‑volume financial transactions.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and month‑end close activities.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports, including reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or trends and propose resolutions.
• Communicate financial information to international stakeholders and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain documentation, internal controls and data integrity across processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor team members and monitor performance.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to resolve issues independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working with international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small finance team is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Central Jakarta or BSD City.
