Learning and Development Intern

About the role

EMTEK is building a talent pool for internship and entry‑level positions focused on Learning and Development (L&D). As a Learning and Development Intern you will support the group’s L&D initiatives while gaining exposure to a leading media and technology conglomerate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and preparation of training materials and presentations.
• Coordinate logistics for internal workshops, webinars, and learning events.
• Support data collection and reporting on training participation and outcomes.
• Help maintain the L&D knowledge repository and update learning resources.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to identify learning needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student (any degree level: D3, S1, S2).
• Open to all majors; strong interest in people development.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
