Lead Assortment Planner, Indonesia

About the role

As an Assortment Planner you will collaborate with stakeholders across Southeast Asia & India, including Business Planning, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising, to determine optimal style depth, maintain franchise health and achieve financial and retail goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create Open to Buy (OTB) investment plans and manage SKU count targets based on retail strategies.
• Provide in‑season analysis, monitor performance of key items, and adjust allocations to maximize revenue and margin.
• Recap post‑season assortment performance, analyze sell‑through and SKU productivity, and deliver insights for future planning.
• Lead pre‑, in‑ and post‑season assortment planning reviews and drive selected projects within the Assortment Planning community.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of retail experience in merchandise assortment planning, business or demand‑supply planning.
• Strong ability to interpret sales data, connect sell‑in to sell‑through, and influence decisions to drive profitable growth.
• Excellent cross‑team collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix environment.
• Strategic thinking, innovation mindset, and ability to achieve results.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, spreadsheets).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems (preferred).
