KREASI Regional Manager

About the role

The KREASI Regional Manager will oversee the implementation of the KREASI education programme in two districts of Maluku Utara province, ensuring high‑quality delivery, compliance with donor requirements and alignment with Save the Children’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of KREASI in two districts of Maluku Utara province, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery in line with donor requirements and Save the Children quality standards.
• Provide overall leadership and coordination of partner organisations, monitoring work‑plans, designs, performance benchmarks, safeguarding standards and MEAL requirements.
• Support partner assessment, selection and onboarding, and lead capacity‑strengthening activities in accordance with Save the Children partnership and GPE principles.
• Ensure accurate and compliant donor reporting, consolidating inputs from partners and maintaining program records, budgets and documentation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programmatic, operational, financial and security risks, developing contingency and risk‑mitigation plans with partners.
• Integrate child safeguarding into all activities, conduct risk assessments and enforce safeguarding measures across partner organisations.
• Maintain effective communication with the KREASI national office, implementing partners, Save the Children Indonesia teams and government counterparts.
• Represent Save the Children and the KREASI programme in local and regional forums, coordination meetings and external events to advance objectives and policy engagement.
• Lead and mentor the provincial team, manage performance, provide technical guidance and ensure professional development opportunities.
• Oversee regional programme budgets, monitor expenditures, ensure partner compliance with financial regulations and produce accurate financial reports for audits and donor submissions.
