KOL Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a KOL Specialist to plan and execute community and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaigns that support HTC’s brand objectives. The role involves managing relationships with existing KOLs, recruiting new talent, and delivering data‑driven insights to improve engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch community & KOL campaigns in line with project timelines and goals.
• Monitor and manage KOL and community relationships to ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements.
• Maintain current KOL partnerships and recruit new KOLs for the Home Tester Club.
• Analyse campaign performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that boost community retention and brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand, KOL, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, campaign metrics and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
