KOL & Affiliate Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated KOL & Affiliate Specialist to drive our influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create impactful brand moments and boost sales through strategic collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify suitable KOLs and influencers.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that increase engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and affiliate partners.
• Create detailed KOL briefs and coordinate campaign execution.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Manage the affiliate program across e‑commerce and social commerce platforms, recruiting and onboarding new affiliates.
• Track affiliate sales performance and recommend actions to improve GMV and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL or influencer specialist.
• Established database of micro, mid‑tier, macro, and mega KOLs with strong relationships.
• Experience handling KOLs in the beauty sector.
• Ability to create clear KOL briefs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
