Key Account Manager (Creative) – Jakarta

About the role

The Key Account Manager (Creative) will support the Account Manager in overseeing client relationships and ensuring delivery against commercial contracts. This senior position is based onsite at the client’s office in Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the designated account area and follow Trident standard working practices.
• Manage pre‑artwork build activities using Trident/client artwork management tools.
• Plan, track and report project progress, communicating with stakeholders to meet KPI/RTP targets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the client, handling communication through various channels.
• Prepare quotes, invoices and internal reports, optimizing profitability.
• Coach and mentor staff within the account scope and raise issues for best‑practice improvements.
• Assist with process improvement investigations and technology change introductions.

Required profile

• Experience in client service or key account management within a creative or packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of print processes, substrate impact and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement.
