Java Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our IT team in Central Jakarta. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Java‑based applications that support our business processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Java‑based applications.
• Design and optimize application features based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Develop and optimize database queries using PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support application deployment and maintenance in cloud environments (GCP/AWS) using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in Java programming.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with the Java Spring Framework.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and Jenkins is preferred.
• Based in Jakarta is highly preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
