About the role

We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team in Cikarang. The role involves providing end‑user hardware and software assistance, ensuring smooth operation of computers, printers and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute PCs and laptops to users, install operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Provide printer support, including setup, consumable replacement and troubleshooting.
• Assist with IT warehouse activities such as disposal, area cleanliness and stock taking.
• Configure and deploy computers and peripherals, perform basic repairs and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain documentation of installations and support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related IT field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Detail‑oriented with good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
