IT Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an IT Quality Assurance professional to ensure the reliability and performance of our mobile and internet banking applications. The role involves executing test plans, documenting results, and supporting both manual and automated testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pass‑fail testing for mobile banking and internet banking applications following SOPs and standard test templates.
• Run test scripts on mobile devices and web applications, using both manual and automation tools.
• Document test outcomes and produce technical documentation for application testers.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to identify and report defects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, application testing, mobile app testing or technical writing.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and web application functionality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including graphic charting, V‑lookup and pivot tables.
• Team‑oriented, communicative and passionate about quality.
