IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality standards. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and third‑party partners.
• Review technical solutions, system architecture, integration designs and data flows for scalability, security and maintainability.
• Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, Scrum or DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment and go‑live activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates and escalate critical issues.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables against SLAs and quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement through governance and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing end‑to‑end IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering application development, system integration, ERP, DMS, infrastructure or data projects.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
