IT Product Owner

About the role

The IT Product Owner will act as the bridge between business users and the development team, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered on time. You will focus on fintech and payment solutions, coordinating multiple stakeholders to bring features from concept to release.

Key responsibilities

• Extract user requirements and conduct impact analysis using AI sub‑agents, then validate scope with stakeholders.
• Create detailed analysis documents covering architecture, data flows, effort estimates, and specifications for developers and QA.
• Coordinate regular technical sync meetings with developers and QA to review specs, clarify requirements, and remove blockers.
• Prepare standardized UAT test cases, facilitate user acceptance sessions, document outcomes, and manage sign‑off.
• Oversee release documentation, ensure deployment instructions are clear, and coordinate pre‑release readiness.

Required profile

• 2–5 years experience as a Product Owner, Technical PO, or Systems Analyst in fintech, e‑wallet, PPOB, or POS environments.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, API integrations, and transaction flows.
• Background as a developer or systems analyst is highly preferred.
• Ability to negotiate scope and timelines based on data and to orchestrate cross‑functional teams.
