IT Business Partner

About the role

The IT Business Partner will act as the bridge between internal IT teams and external stakeholders, ensuring business and system requirements are captured, analysed, and translated into effective solutions. This role supports project execution, monitors progress, and helps deliver high‑quality IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Support project execution, tracking timelines, deliverables and progress.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Provide application support and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations.
• Assist in solution analysis and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, implementation and post‑go‑live activities.
• Monitor project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Age 22‑30, professional appearance; female candidates must wear hijab.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or related field from a state university or selected private universities (BINUS, Institut Teknologi PLN, Telkom University).
• Minimum GPA 3.50.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Partner, Application Support or similar role.
• Experience in project management and as a Solution Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong communication, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.

• Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (Pivot Table).
