IT Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support system enhancements for our internal applications. The role involves gathering user requirements, designing functional solutions and ensuring successful delivery through testing and training.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document user requirements for system enhancement requests.
• Prioritize development tasks with the system developers to meet delivery timelines.
• Design functional solutions together with developers to address business needs.
• Conduct internal testing to verify that solutions work as intended.
• Organise user acceptance testing, collect test evidence and obtain sign‑off from business users.
• Prepare user guides and deliver training to trainers or end‑users when required.
• Collaborate with business departments and the development team to resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software development environment.
• Experience creating and reviewing BRD, FSD, TSD and UML diagrams.
• Ability to translate user requirements into functional solutions and coordinate testing.
• Basic knowledge of project management and reporting.
