IT Asset Management Staff

About the role

The IT Asset Management Staff will support Bussan Auto Finance by overseeing the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and application assets. You will ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and timely reporting of all IT resources.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record entry and exit of IT assets in the database/system.
• Manage the asset lifecycle from purchase, installation, maintenance, to disposal.
• Track expiration dates and guarantee that software and hardware remain up‑to‑date.
• Process memo approvals and monitor work agreements (PKS) for IT assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding asset issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on asset status and lifecycle activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with system applications and basic programming concepts.
• Detail‑oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable working in an outsourcing environment.
• Passionate about IT asset administration and data analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
