IT Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our customers, building long‑term relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our technology solutions. The role involves supporting clients through various channels, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, handling inquiries via email, phone, online presentations, screen‑share and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with customer objectives.
• Monitor and analyze product usage, providing feedback to improve client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Communicate client requirements to internal departments to facilitate fulfillment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client requests.
• Familiarity with 3Dolphins products such as Chatbot, Omni‑Channel, and WhatsApp Broadcast.
• Proven ability to set sales targets and strategies, and to deliver high‑quality service.
