Islamic Account Executive

About the role

The Islamic Account Executive will lead end‑to‑end fundraising campaigns targeting the Islamic community in Indonesia and support other segments as needed. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will act as the primary point of contact for influencers, community partners and strategic collaborators to achieve donation, awareness and engagement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage fundraising campaigns, ensuring targets for donations, reach and engagement are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with Islamic influencers (ustadz, habib, public figures) and selected non‑Islamic or flagship influencers, handling briefings, approvals and ongoing communication.
• Identify and propose new KOLs across Islamic and adjacent segments to expand campaign impact.
• Initiate and manage collaborations with Islamic organisations, majelis, da’wah institutions and activist groups, contributing to new partnership opportunities.
• Provide insights on campaign angles that respect Islamic values while appealing to broader audiences, working closely with the creative team.
• Monitor performance metrics (donations, reach, conversion), prepare reports and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, KOL specialist or in partnerships, preferably with exposure to the Islamic segment.
• Strong understanding of the Islamic influencer ecosystem in Indonesia and openness to work across other segments.
• Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Awareness of Islamic, social and fundraising issues.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail‑oriented with a high sense of ownership.
• Willingness to work from the office in a hybrid model within Jakarta or the greater Jabodetabek area.
