International Sales Head – Indonesia (Remote)

About the role

International Sales Head – Indonesia, reporting to the Directors, will build and grow a new market for a leading Indian security seal manufacturer. The role is fully remote within Indonesia and focuses on creating a $2 M annual business in the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the customer base across logistics, e‑commerce, oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, utilities and aviation sectors.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market plan for Indonesia, identifying new industries, applications and customer segments.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, target a $1.5 M run‑rate, and achieve 95 %+ revenue retention.
• Collaborate with India‑based operations to ensure fast order turnaround and accurate demand forecasting.
• Eventually hire and lead a small local team to scale the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling security seals or related industrial B2B products.
• Established network of customers in Indonesia (or Vietnam) within logistics, e‑commerce, transportation, oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, utilities or aviation.
• Demonstrated ability to win new customers and consistently deliver revenue.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and data‑driven sales skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to work independently while collaborating internationally.
