Human Resource Development (HRD) Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, performance management, and general affairs. The role supports the organization’s growth by ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes and resolve related issues.
• Oversee training programs, BPJS administration, payroll processing, and performance management.
• Maintain and update HRIS and CRM applications.
• Ensure company policies and procedures comply with current labor regulations.
• Manage general affairs such as building maintenance, transportation, asset management, and legal documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of HR experience covering recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Preferably based in West Jakarta or surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
