About the role

The Human Resource Development (HRD) position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the organization’s growth. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment, training, payroll, performance management, and general affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the end‑to‑end recruitment process, resolving any issues that arise.
• Oversee training programs, BPJS administration, payroll processing, and performance management.
• Manage HRIS and CRM applications, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Update company policies and procedures in line with current government regulations.
• Handle general affairs including building maintenance, transportation, asset management, and legal documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows such as recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR policies.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Residence in or around West Jakarta is advantageous.
