Human Capital Generalist

About the role

The Human Capital Generalist will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HRIS improvements, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Keep employee data accurate, up‑to‑date, and properly documented in the HRIS.
• Collaborate with vendors or internal IT to implement HRIS enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements.
• Roll out and communicate HR policies, procedures, and SOPs throughout the organization.
• Standardize and document HR operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and process documentation.
• Verify HRIS data integrity to support payroll processing and benefits enrollment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing HR processes for a large workforce.
• Hands‑on experience using an HRIS as a primary tool.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
• Excellent documentation and process‑mapping abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS (data management, reporting, navigation, troubleshooting).
• Advanced Excel skills for HR data reporting.
• Ability to generate HR reports and analyze data.
