About the role

The role involves electrical pre‑commissioning and commissioning for hull and LQ projects in China, ensuring compliance with international and national standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience as an electrical pre‑commissioning and commissioning engineer.
Experience on FPU/FPU/FLNG and brownfield projects.
Familiarity with IEC, NEC, ANSI/NEMA, API, IEEE, ASTM, ATEX, IECEx, NFPA 780 and SNI standards.

Required skills

Pre‑commissioning and commissioning of MV/LV switchgear, MCC panels, AC/DC UPS, VFD, MV/LV motors and power transformers.
Preparation and review of electrical specifications, design criteria, energizing procedures and detailed electrical drawings (single line diagrams, layout, schematics, wiring diagrams, lighting layouts).
Hazardous area classification, MC‑ITR, PC‑ITR, PTW (hot/cold), commissioning job cards, OTP and start‑up procedures.
Use of project completion databases (PIMS) and optional CompEx Ex01‑Ex04 certification.
