HubSpot Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem. This role will drive sales and marketing success through automation, reporting, and CRM excellence while shaping the HubSpot strategy from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain the HubSpot platform, including contacts, pipelines, and integrations.
• Design and implement marketing automation workflows to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data quality, processes, and system usage across teams.
• Collaborate with fast‑moving, data‑driven teams to align HubSpot functionality with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering HubSpot in a marketing or CRM environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process and data quality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules.
