Hub Quality Control Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Hub Quality Control Senior Supervisor ensures that fresh food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Based in West Jakarta, you will lead a team that monitors inbound and outbound fresh goods, manages inventory processes, and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Verify product quality and enforce food‑safety standards throughout the hub.
• Create, update, and maintain quality criteria for freshness, specifications, packaging, and equipment.
• Monitor and oversee SOPs for inbound fresh, outbound fresh, and bad‑stock flows.
• Control raw‑material quality from suppliers, conduct corrective actions, and develop quality plans.
• Investigate warehouse, customer, operations, and processing complaints related to fresh products.
• Analyze waste, disposal, and internal‑sales data to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Handle inventory administration for inbound and put‑away processes.
• Lead the team: hiring, goal setting, delegation, training, coaching, and performance evaluations in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with interest in Food Science, Agribusiness or Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a QA/QC Supervisor for fresh FMCG, retail or e‑commerce products.
• Hands‑on experience with fruits, vegetables, frozen and dairy items.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and e‑commerce logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail expansion environment and meet deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and decision‑making skills.
