HR Staff

About the role

The HR Staff will support the transportation and logistics operations of PT Handal Guna Sarana by ensuring that driver, helper and other staff resources are available in the right quantity and quality. This position works closely with operational managers to maintain workforce standards and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that driver, helper and staff requirements are met according to operational quotas.
• Oversee attendance tracking and coordinate performance appraisals for drivers and helpers.
• Conduct recruitment activities for operational personnel.
• Organise and deliver training programmes for new and existing staff.
• Supervise the maintenance and proper use of pool infrastructure to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR or driver‑management role.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, initiative and teamwork.
• Hands‑on experience managing drivers and truck helpers.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
