HR Representative – Tanah Bumbu Kalsel

About the role

The company is looking for an HR Representative to support its client site in Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. You will act as a liaison between the client’s HR team and our internal staff, ensuring smooth labor administration and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site workforce and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide consultations, issue warnings (SP) and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with users, supervisors, and client‑site HR teams.
• Manage employee attendance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle work‑related accidents and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or labor administration.
• At least a D3 (associate) degree in any field.
• Ability to manage labor administration processes effectively.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor law.
• Willingness to work on a roster schedule.
• Preferably residing in the Mantewe area.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
