About the role

The HR Generalist will join our IT organization as a Resource Management Group (RMG) Executive. You will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, overseeing project staffing, and ensuring effective workforce deployment across multiple technology projects.

Key responsibilities

Plan and allocate resources for ongoing and upcoming IT projects.
Maintain and monitor bench management, capacity planning, and utilization metrics.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, HR, and Recruitment teams to align staffing needs.
Produce regular reports on resource usage and forecast future workforce requirements.
Support recruitment efforts by providing clear resource demand insights.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project staffing within the IT industry.
Strong coordination and communication abilities with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
