HR Admin Internship – People Support & Culture Team

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Admin Intern to join our People Support & Culture (PSC) team in South Jakarta. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment administration, HR operations, and internal company activities, helping you build practical workplace skills.

Key responsibilities

• Enter candidate data and schedule interviews as part of recruitment administration.
• Support daily administrative tasks within the PSC department.
• Assist with internal company events and ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Head of PSC.
• Organise and maintain HR documents and records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year Diploma (D3) student.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and eager to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in organisations or internships is a plus.
• Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Office certification are advantages.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio.
• Experience with Google Forms and Google Sheets.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
