Health Informatics Training Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a Health Informatics Training Instructor to design, develop, and deliver training programs that support Indonesia's digital health transformation. The role involves creating curriculum, conducting live and recorded sessions, and ensuring learners acquire practical skills in health data management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with national digital health strategies and industry standards.
• Deliver engaging live webinars and recorded lessons using LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other instructional tools.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with universities, certification bodies, and healthcare institutions to expand program reach.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with digital health systems such as EMR, Open EHR, or hospital ERP platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, healthcare IT, computer science or related field (master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide students.
• Understanding of data privacy, interoperability standards, and healthcare IT regulations.
