Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of an omnichannel marketing plan that drives brand awareness, merchant acquisition and active e‑wallet usage across Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a holistic, omnichannel strategy to increase brand visibility and acquire POS/PPOB merchants.
• Develop hyper‑local activation programs targeting MSME (UMKM) segments in Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 cities.
• Oversee performance‑marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO/SEM and App Store Optimization, to maximise conversion funnels.
• Partner with Product teams to optimise onboarding, improve user journeys and reduce churn.
• Define product positioning and messaging for micro‑entrepreneurs, warung owners and everyday consumers.
• Maintain the company’s fintech brand reputation through PR, events and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure high ROI and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or head‑level role.
• Strong background in fintech, SaaS retail, e‑commerce or digital banking; experience with POS, PPOB or e‑wallet products is a plus.
• Proven success in both B2B merchant acquisition and B2C user retention.
• Deep knowledge of the Indonesian MSME landscape and digital consumer behaviour, especially in Tier‑2/3 cities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
