Head of Digital Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive our digital performance marketing strategy across paid media and organic channels. The role combines strategic oversight, data‑driven optimisation and hands‑on execution to generate high‑quality leads and maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid media platforms, ensuring efficient spend and lead quality.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic and brand visibility.
• Analyse website performance and user behaviour to implement CRO tactics and enhance the overall user experience.
• Utilise data and analytics to continuously refine campaign attribution models, optimise budgets and drive measurable ROI improvements.

Required profile

• Logical and curious mindset with a strong problem‑solving orientation.
• Data‑driven decision maker capable of interpreting performance metrics.
• Technical expertise in performance marketing, tracking, attribution and conversion APIs.
• Deep knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Experience in website optimisation, UX analysis and conversion rate improvement.
• Strategic thinker who tests, optimises and iterates continuously.
• Tech‑savvy leader with a solid foundation in IT or engineering concepts.
