About the role
The HCBP Analyst Internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support PT BFI Finance Indonesia’s Human Capital processes. You will work closely with data quality analysts and HR teams to ensure data integrity and develop reporting dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in defining and maintaining data quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with data quality analysts and other stakeholders to gather data requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring Human Capital metrics.
- Identify, document, and help resolve data quality issues from multiple sources.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Available to work onsite at BSD – South Tangerang and can start immediately.
Required skills
- SQL programming.
- Data visualization tools such as Looker or Google Data Studio.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet proficiency.
