About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Mathematics teacher to join Ruangguru’s Akademia platform in Kabupaten Karo. The role involves delivering engaging lessons to students of various educational levels, supporting Ruangguru’s wide range of learning products, and contributing to a collaborative community of educators.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to students across different grades, following the curriculum selected by the platform.
• Conduct classes at the nearest Ruangguru branch to your residence, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with national standards.
• Participate in Ruangguru’s training sessions, workshops, and events to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Provide feedback on student progress and collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance course content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled university student (minimum 5th semester) in Mathematics or a related field.
• Teaching experience in high school, UTBK, or TKA is considered an advantage.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to commit to a part‑time schedule and travel to the nearest Ruangguru branch.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
