Growth & Partnership Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Growth & Partnership Manager to lead our offline and online activation initiatives across Jakarta. You will drive strategic collaborations with universities, government bodies, corporate partners and community groups to boost student acquisition and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Offline & Online Activation team, planning events in malls, offices, universities, community venues and webinars.
• Design and execute integrated activation campaigns, ensuring ROI targets are met.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships, including co‑marketing, product barter, sponsorships and joint promotions.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the brand into additional cities.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce ROI reports and optimise lead conversion into enrollments.
• Collaborate with Telemarketing and Sales teams to align on lead quality and conversion goals.
• Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials, merchandising, and SOP implementation.
• Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiate CSR programs and organise educational events to strengthen public relations.

Required profile

• Minimum several years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships or Activation.
• Proven track record leading a team and delivering partnership‑driven growth.
• Strong networking abilities with universities, government agencies, brands and corporate partners.
• Hands‑on experience in event marketing and offline activation.
