Growth Manager

About the role

Gositus is looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to lead the Growth team, encompassing marketing, sales, and customer success. You will drive the development and execution of strategies that accelerate revenue, strengthen our brand, and enhance customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Growth team to meet business objectives.
• Design and implement sales strategies that align with company targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create comprehensive marketing plans.
• Maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to marketing and sales.
• Report sales results, market trends, and customer insights to senior management.
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, CLV, conversion, and retention rates.
• Identify and improve team processes and procedures.
• Utilise CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline and update lead/account information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales in the tech industry.
• Strong leadership, result‑orientation and resilience in market challenges.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation or inside sales, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate product value propositions.
• Persistent, positive attitude and passion for sales.
