Fundraising & Sales Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Fundraising & Sales Acquisition Lead will drive both financing initiatives and sales growth for Waste4Change’s waste‑management solutions. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate grant and blended‑finance processes while leading B2B sales acquisition across target market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure grant, blended‑finance and innovative funding opportunities for each business line.
• Prepare and co‑create business plans, pitch decks, financial models and supporting documentation for donors and investors.
• Negotiate and formalise funding agreements with donors, investors and strategic partners.
• Track and report on funding results to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Set and achieve sales acquisition targets, optimizing sales methods, data alignment and marketing techniques.
• Represent the sales team for designated market segments and report on sales performance against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in fundraising (grants, blended financing, Series A/B) and B2B sales management.
• Strong understanding of the waste‑management funding ecosystem (venture capital, grants, carbon/plastic credits).
• Proven ability to prepare business plans, pitch decks and negotiate agreements.
• Analytical, research‑driven mindset with strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.
• Target‑oriented with a track record of meeting planned achievements.
