About the role

We are looking for a Funding Officer to drive the sales of our funding products, such as savings accounts and time deposits, within the PIK area of North Jakarta. The role focuses on expanding our customer base, increasing market share and delivering excellent service to both existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for funding products, including savings and time deposits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and acquire new customers to grow the portfolio.
Increase market share by promoting our funding solutions.
Provide high-quality service and support throughout the sales process.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the financial sector.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Persistent, target-driven and able to work independently to meet goals.
High achiever with a genuine passion for sales.
