Full-time UTBK Numeracy Teacher in Baturaja

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated full‑time teacher to deliver UTBK (Numerasi) preparation classes in Baturaja. You will work closely with the Academic Team and MT Akademia to enhance teaching quality and support student success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, acting as a buddy for MT Akademia to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Consult with students and parents alongside Student Advisors to outline academic pathways and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student academic challenges.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Deliver high‑quality classroom instruction and meet the required number of teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support the curriculum.

Required profile

• Experience preparing students for USBN, UTBK, or Ujian Mandiri exams.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Solid understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, including blended learning approaches.
