Full-time UTBK Literacy Teacher in Singaraja

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full‑time UTBK Literacy Teacher to join our team in Singaraja. You will work closely with MT Akademia and the Academic Team to deliver high‑quality instruction and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, acting as a buddy for MT Akademia to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Consult with students and parents alongside Student Advisors to outline pathways for academic success and maintain strong engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address individual academic challenges.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions, sharing best practices with the regional team.
• Deliver classroom instruction, ensuring engaging and high‑quality learning experiences.
• Meet the required number of CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support the curriculum.

Required profile

• Experience preparing students for USBN, UTBK, or independent exams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong grasp of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Innovative, creative teaching methods and blended‑learning approaches.
