Full-time Pengajar UTBK (Numerasi) – Singaraja

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated full‑time teacher to deliver UTBK (Numerasi) preparation in Singaraja. You will coach students, support fellow educators, and help families navigate academic pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, acting as a buddy for MT Akademia teachers.
• Consult with students and parents alongside Student Advisors to define academic goals and ensure renewal.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to resolve academic issues and offer solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach classroom sessions, delivering high‑quality, engaging instruction.
• Meet the required number of CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC staff and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support the curriculum.

Required profile

• Experience preparing students for USBN, UTBK, or Ujian Mandiri.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Solid understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
• Innovative, creative teaching methods and blended‑learning approaches.
