About the role
Astro Technologies Indonesia is seeking a proactive Freelance Finance Operations professional to support its accounting and finance functions in West Jakarta. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payment records and processing vendor invoices using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain the payment tracker inventory.
- Generate and process bills within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 inventory system.
- Organize and file inventory‑related documents.
- Receive, record, and input vendor invoices into the system.
- Enter physical documents into the digital system for easy retrieval.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1‑2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication and time‑management abilities.
