About the role

The Financial Monitoring Specialist will oversee customer activity and ensure that internal financial processes are accurate and efficient. You will work closely with support services and other departments to verify transactions, monitor payments, and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and analyze customer activity on a daily basis.
Control internal financial processes and ensure data integrity.
Cooperate with support services to resolve issues.
Check payments for accuracy and verify user information.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on monitoring activities.

Required profile

At least 2 years of experience in finance or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of payment system principles and basic bank operations.
Strong computer skills and ability to work with large data sets.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate across departments.
