Financial Advisor – Wealth Management

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Advisor to join our wealth management team in Jakarta. The role focuses on delivering tailored wealth product solutions to high‑net‑worth and affluent clients while expanding the bank’s assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on wealth products such as mutual funds, bonds, bancassurance and foreign exchange, matching each client’s financial goals.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and acquire new high‑net‑worth customers to grow the portfolio AUM.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor trends in client needs, and develop actionable approaches to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Product Development teams, analysing feedback on programs, products and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management within the banking sector.
• Strong teamwork, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Sales‑driven, target‑oriented mindset.
• Mandatory WPPE certification.
