Financial Advisor – Wealth Management (Cirebon)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Advisor to join our wealth management team in Cirebon. The role focuses on delivering tailored investment solutions to high‑net‑worth and affluent customers while expanding the bank’s Assets Under Management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on wealth products such as mutual funds, bonds, bancassurance and foreign exchange to high‑net‑worth and affluent clients.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers to grow Assets Under Management.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor customer trends and define outreach strategies to meet sales targets.
• Gather feedback on business‑development and product‑development initiatives and relay insights to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Funding Officer in the banking sector.
• Strong teamwork, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Sales‑driven, target‑oriented mindset.
• Mandatory WPPE certification.
